5 Seconds of Summer leaving a restaurant in West Hollywood - July 24, 2014
internet friends are hard sometimes bc it’s sad knowing these wonderful people but also knowing i’ll never get to watch your favourite movies with you or laugh with you until we’re both keeled over holding our stomachs and i’ll never get to have a dance party in the car with any of you and i can’t hug you when you need one or go out for coffee or drinks or food with you. it’s simultaneously a huge bummer and one of the best happiest things ever

This is the first time I’m blogging a ‘How To’ post. I get asked a lot how I create so many different styles with my hair, especially as my hair is naturally curly but I now wear it mainly straight or wavy with a loose curl. Before starting with the curling wand I spritz Toni & Guy ‘Texturizing Sea Salt Spray’ into my hair lightly and mainly on the ends to add texture and to stop it falling flat so quickly. I then spray it with strong hold hairspray and its only after this that I actually use the wand to wrap my hair around and create a curl/wave. I find that if I spray my hair with hairspray before I curl it, it holds better but everyones hair is different so it’s about finding what works for you. Below are a few photos showing what I do to my hair and the products I use to create waves. I try to put as little heat on my hair as possible which is hard especially if I have to have my hair styled for work, so I use hair masks and good serums to help it as much as possible! All details of products are at the bottom with links to websites. I hope you find this helpful, tweet me your pictures if you try this style out to @idlelaneloves.
